If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you can choose a 100% refund/return or exchange after verification.

For damaged or incorrect products, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must be recorded continuously while opening the package and should clearly show the shipping label, package condition, and the complete product. Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share your order details along with the unboxing video. Our team will verify the claim and guide you through the return or exchange process.

Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
